The Saunderson House Trainee Financial Planner Scheme
We have been running our highly successful Trainee Financial Planner scheme since 2001 and in our Financial Planning teams, this is how we recruit the majority of our people. It provides a structured training programme combining on-the-job training with the exam qualifications you need to accelerate your career in wealth management and to eventually become a Chartered Financial Planner.
No experience is required as full training and mentoring will be provided.

- A positive and engaged attitude with a willingness to learn and develop skills
Plus, a Grade A (7 or above), or equivalent at maths GCSE – due to the level of numeracy required in the day to day role. Most of our trainees have a good degree but we would welcome you to apply if you do not quite meet the academic entry requirements. We will consider your academic achievements alongside your skills, experience and how you align with our values.
We normally have a September in-take but often have ad-hoc vacancies throughout the year.
