Jonathan Davis

Jonathan has been analysing and writing about financial markets for more than 35 years, initially as a full-time business journalist on the Sunday Telegraph, The Times and The Economist, latterly as an independent author, columnist and investment professional.

He writes a frequent private circulation newsletter, has been a regular columnist for The Independent and Financial Times, contributes to The Spectator and Money Week, and is the author of three books on investment, most recently Templeton’s Way With Money (Wiley 2012). He also runs the Independent Investor website and edits the Investment Trust Handbook.

Jonathan has been a member of the Investment Committee of Saunderson House since February 2015. He is a non executive director of the Jupiter UK Growth investment trust and a Member of the Chartered Institute of Securities and Investment.
