Introducing the PwC Walled Garden

Partners at PwC can now access a new approach to investing which simplifies compliance with the PwC Independence team to develop a ‘Walled Garden’ of pre-approved and centrally monitored investments.

This will ensure that your investments will always be fully compliant with independence requirements, allowing you to invest safely without fear of breaching the rules.

What is our Walled Garden approach?

This service is available to almost all partners; including those who work on financial services clients. All of the investments in the Walled Garden will be on a pre-approved list of investments and securities that are centrally maintained, monitored for compliance with independence rules, and automatically updated each month. Saunderson House are one of the first advisers to offer access to a Walled Garden at PwC.

What are the benefits?

• Significantly reduced risk of independence breaches and reporting errors.
• Peace of mind that proposed investments have been pre-approved and are centrally monitored.
• Checkpoint portfolio updates should no longer be required when we make changes to your Saunderson House portfolio.
• Removes the need for investment pre-clearance.
• Much simpler PICT testing.
