Charlie Sage

Charlie advises on all aspects of financial planning, including long term strategy, investment portfolio construction, taxation and technical matters. He has experience in advising clients through the various stages of their investment life cycles and specialises in long-term cash flow forecasting, enabling clients to (amongst other things) assess the level of risk they need to take to achieve their financial goals or even to decide when they can afford to retire.

Charlie primarily advises current and former Partners of the largest law firms. As such, he has significant experience of the challenges and key objectives that apply throughout a career and life cycle. Starting with promotion to Partnership, when the transition from employed to self-employed status leads to a variety of challenges and planning opportunities. Moving through to the lead up to retirement and beyond, when the focus often shifts to understanding if financial independence has been achieved and how to gift to the next generation in a responsible manner.

Outside of work, Charlie enjoys live music, winter sports (having qualified as a snowboard instructor in 2002), climbing and golf.
