Emma joined the Saunderson House Graduate Programme in 2007 as a Trainee Financial Planner before joining our Investment Research team in 2009. Here, she was responsible for the team’s research effort in emerging markets and Asia, as well as managing portfolios on behalf of our discretionary clients following the launch of the service in 2016. In 2018, she became Head of our Discretionary Management Service and is now responsible for delivering the proposition to clients. In 2021 she was appointed as the new Chair of the Saunderson House Investment Committee.
Emma is a CFA Charterholder and became a member of the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) Institute in 2014. She graduated from the University of East Anglia in 2007 having gained a first class honours degree in Mathematics with Management. Outside of the office, Emma is a mother of two girls and avid sports fan. She is particularly delighted with the progress of her team, West Ham United, over recent seasons.
As an existing member of the Investment Committee, Emma will now lead our robust challenge on investment process, investment thesis, asset allocation and fund selection as part of our ongoing governance process.
